We offer a virus cleaning service for websites – the filesystems and databases.
The service takes 3/4 days to perform, we will generally ask for a recent backup
to restore the site back to its ‘last known’ clean filesystem and database.
Clients are expected to ‘give us’ access to the control panel or ssh remote connection.
